WICT Cable Bootcamp
Designed for those new to the cable telecommunications industry, this intense one-day program takes participants through a crash-course in cable technology issues, financial indicators of these technologies, and case study discussion panels. A must-attend event for those looking to build upon their cable career.

Rising Leaders Program
WICT is proud to announce the third year of the WICT Rising Leaders Program – A Premier Industry Program for Emerging Women Leaders. In 2007 through the generous support of the Walter Kaitz Foundation, 40 women had the opportunity to participate in a three-month, comprehensive leadership development program targeted to manager and director-level women in the cable telecommunications industry and we are happy to offer this opportunity to forty more women in 2008.

Executive Development Seminar (EDS)
Designed for a small-group setting of 30 participants, EDS capitalizes on a secluded setting, where you will spend two-and-a-half days on a journey of personal insight and discovery. You will practice strategies to build relationships in business, learn to embrace and appreciate differences among your peers, understand specific time management strategies to make the most out of time on the job, and focus on bringing complicated work situations back to the basics.

Mentoring Opportunities
