6000th Member Joins WICT
-WICT Reaches New Membership Record-
Chantilly, VA- Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) today announced that it has reached an all-time high of 6,025 members, surpassing the 6,000-member milestone for the first time in its history. WICT’s previous membership record was 5,581 set in 2006. Julia Guyah, Sales Overflow Supervisor for Comcast in Miramar, Florida became WICT’s 6000th member last week.
“This growth in membership is a testament to the hard work of our volunteer chapter leaders, national boards, corporate champions and the WICT staff,” said Benita Fitzgerald Mosley, WICT President & CEO. “WICT continues to work with the industry to develop women leaders and provide programming and advocacy initiatives that benefit our members and their companies.”
WICT Member Benefits
Membership in Women in Cable Telecommunications is open to all cable professionals, male or female. Members receive discounted registrations to WICT National programs as well as access to programming from local chapters.
