The WICT Foundation PAR Initiative Prescriptive provides recommendations from WICT, other cable and telecommunications organizations, and other resources. These proposed programs and services support companies pursuing the PAR Initiative: Pay Equity, Advancement Opportunities and Resources for Work Life Support, as well as provide general corporate best practices.
