Since 2003, Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) has been measuring the progress of women employed in the cable industry in three critical areas: Pay Equity, Advancement Opportunities, and Resources for Work/Life Support. Through the PAR Initiative, WICT annually conducts extensive research among cable programmers and operators and compiles lists of "Best Companies for Women in Cable." To celebrate the achievements of women in cable and promote the best practices of companies named to our " Best Companies" lists, we have launched the PAR at Work Newsletter.
