Ms. Costantini has been with Time Warner Cable since 1996. In her current role she negotiates national and local programming agreements with broadcast and cable networks, provides an analysis of the financial, legal and technical aspects of each project and reviews and recommends new programming opportunities based on market trends and field research. She works closely with senior management and division presidents on programming issues and is the primary liaison with all field locations for all programming matters.
Prior to joining, Time Warner Cable, Ms. Costantini practiced law for ten years specializing in mergers and acquisitions with two major New York firms.
A graduate of Manhattanville College, Ms. Costantini earned her law degree at New York Law School in 1984 and excelled with magna cum laude honors from both institutions. She completed the CTAM University Executive Education Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as the Columbia University Executive Education Program in Finance and Accounting. She is a member of Class VIII of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute having completed this highly regarded leadership-professional training program in 2002. In addition to her role as a member of the Board of Directors of Women in Cable & Telecommunications, Ms. Costantini is also a member of CTAM.
A native of New York, Ms. Costantini now lives in Connecticut with her husband, Mike, and two teenage children, Michael and Lauren.
