Joyce M. Thelen is the Operations Assistant for Women in Cable Telecommunications. Ms. Thelen assumed this role in 2005.
Ms. Thelen comes to WICT with over 15 years management experience. She spent ten years managing a non-profit program for a health care foundation. In that role she created a newsletter, educational materials, as well as developing a grant outreach program.
Ms. Thelen resides with her husband in Virginia.
