Application Implementation Manager
Oversee multiple projects and/or major development efforts as assigned to a business unit. Meet with customers to understand their business as it translates into application and/or service requirements. Assist project managers and/or senior staff with prioritization or escalation of issues. Provide leadership in support of organizational direction and culture. Proactively plan for project or organizational contingencies and design, recommend, implement, and manage changes under the guidance of senior management. Mentor, guide, develop, coach, and support employee growth. Comply with financial accountability targets for areas of responsibility. Supply input to Director or VP regarding financial needs, trends, and aberrations.

Communication Technician 1
CommTech 1 is an entry-level field position, and typically the start of the employee's telecommunications career. Under limited supervision, in accordance with company policies, procedures and practices, the CommTech 1 performs routine reconnects; performs changes of service for residential and commercial video customers; disconnects all product lines; teaches customers how to use equipment; resolves billing and/or payment questions while on-premise; and up sells and upgrades company products and services.

Communications Technician 2
Under limited supervision the CommTech 2 performs changes of service for the video product line including routine installs and reconnects; performs CLI detection and repair; troubleshoots and repairs video service problems; disconnects all product lines; teaches customers how to use equipment; resolves billing and/or payment questions while on-premise; up sells and upgrades additional company products and services.

Communication Technician 3
Under limited supervision the CommTech 3 Universal handles a full range of service calls for
residential and commercial customers for all products and services. Installs, reconnects, and performs changes of service for all products and services. Learns and applies troubleshooting skills for all services. Disconnects all product lines. Teaches customers how to use equipment. Resolves billing and/or payment questions while on-premise. Up-sells and upgrades company products and services.

Communication Technician 4 – (System)
Performs routine preventative and demand maintenance of the distribution network. Resolves
network problems affecting residential, commercial or institutional networks using troubleshooting and fault isolation techniques. Additionally, the CommTech 4 troubleshoots and resolves any service failures related to all products and services.

Communication Technician 4 – (Project)
Responsible for the mechanical aspects of installing signal processing equipment used for the
delivery of video, telephony, and high-speed data services within the network facility.

Communication Technician 4 – (Construction)
Performs routine construction, activation and repair of aerial and underground coax and fiber
distribution network for residential, multiple dwelling unit and commercial customers.

Director of I.T. Infrastructure Operations
Plan, coordinate, direct and oversee implementation of all IT operational activities while taking architectural and design guidance from the VP of I.T. Infrastructure. Provide direction and support for I.T. systems and services under the view of the I.T. Infrastructure team and appropriately identify, recommend, develop, implement and support solutions to that end. Be an advocate for the services under their management for the company, providing appropriate guidance, planning and communication with management in other technical and non-technical organizations. Assume direct day-to-day management responsibility for groups comprising or approximately 40 staff members and managers. Plan and manage I.T. infrastructure and IT related projects including Network Infrastructure, Voice Services, I.T. Security, and Broadcast Infrastructure.

Director, New Product Development
Experienced and proven technology products & services developer is needed to help manage the planning and deployment of strategic new media and digital video services across the company. Individual will be responsible for strategic new product specification and development, supporting company systems with the testing and trialing of new services, and corporate-level management of 3rd party technology relationships required for the successful development of new media and digital video services.
 
Director, Voice Services
Senior-level product & business manager is needed to help oversee the strategic planning, deployment and successful growth of voice-based services across the company. Individual will be responsible for new product planning, development and maintenance of strategic business partnerships, and supporting the launch of new voice product initiatives targeting our customers across all our divisions. Individual will also support all systems with the strategic development and growth of their voice businesses. Individual will also help represent A/N in strategic industry initiatives as necessary for the success of our voice services.
 
Field Inspector
Field Inspector 1 must be proficient in all phases of installation/service procedures and to inspect, verify, document and assist with the daily installation and repair activities within the service area. Must perform quality control inspections on installation and service functions for all regions in the division. The position endures exposure to heights, heat, cold, other weather conditions, various living environments and foliage. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, will be required to travel long distances, and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Group Technical Advisor
Direct and lead standards activities specifically in the area of digital rights management (DRM). Represents the company at industry meetings; provides input on industry-wide standards policy and partners with other entities to properly represent the company. Develop input contributions to standards specification work, securing support within the industry for company position. Ensure that such contributions reflect the parent company position wherever possible. Conducts research and prepares analysis (white papers).

Create and recommend strategic direction for company in the areas of digital content sharing, rights management, and emerging protection solutions. Provide expertise and guidance to technology strategy. Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to senior management for strategic investment opportunities. Functional support as a Technology Fellow. Provide technical due diligence and objective evaluation for potential New Product Group investment opportunities. Ensure such evaluations consider alternative technical solutions, and assess/evaluate roadmap/intellectual opportunity benefits for potential investment companies.

Information Security Specialist
The information security specialist is also responsible for performing scanning and vulnerability assessments to determine where infrastructure may be open to attack or exploit. As well, this position will perform attack and penetration testing against internal and external targets to provide further determination of any security issues. This position also functions as a lead position on all assessments, selection, and implementation of information security technology, and is responsible for providing timely designs and detailed implementation plans for any customer projects, to be communicated through the information security professional position.

Assess, select and design security technologies in conjunction with other infrastructure groups or project requirements. Provide customers with detailed plans for design and implementation of information security architectures. Working in conjunction with the other information security team members to define goals, timelines and costs for all projects. Perform regular scans of internal and external data networks to determine vulnerabilities and formulate remediation plans to correct any identified issues. Work with other members of the information security group to understand and suggest improvements to the global security environment. Perform attack and penetration testing against external and internal networks.

Installer
The Installer 1 must learn and perform the installation, changing of services and disconnects at homes of existing cable television, digital phone and Internet service subscribers. This position reports to either the Installation Operations Manager or any other assigned technical supervisor, depending on the system size and organizational structure.  This job has no supervisory responsibilities.  It does have some outside contacts with customers and the general public.  Internally, it interfaces primarily with other technical system personnel. The ability to climb poles and/or towers, to work outdoors year-round and to follow instructions is required.  This position also requires possession of a valid driver’s license, as well as a good driving record.

Network Administrator
The Network Administrator is responsible for the installation, documentation and configuration of data communication equipment and technology upgrades on the backbone network. The Network Administrator installs equipment, implements project plans for routine and emergency maintenance, performs network upgrades, hub activations, and provides technical support to the operations center. This work requires a mix of on-site, real-time analysis; the diagnosis and repair of chronic problems and real time problem escalation with vendor support.

Network Engineer
The position is responsible for the logical and physical design, documentation, and configuration of data communication equipment and technology upgrades on the backbone network. Duties entail thorough testing and characterization on new access platforms for use on the network, as well as functional testing of new software features, bug fixes, and new services. Works with the product/project management teams to ensure that the network supports the various products and services offered by our company.

Also responsible for handling problem escalation, problem management, coordination of new technology deployment, new equipment acceptance, configuration management and vendor operational issues. This work requires a mix of non-real-time analysis, diagnosis and repair of chronic problems, real time problem escalation and vendor interaction.

Report Writer
Provides a variety of client/server and SQL reporting support. This position will, as appropriate, require some participation in the technical design and functional specifications for new reporting systems development and enhancements to existing applications. This is a report writing position in IT. It is distinguished by the requirement to work under supervision while writing new and modifying existing report applications in a multi-platform operating environment.

Senior Applications Support Engineer
He/She will be part of the digital media technology's team supporting and maintaining the online advertising service and architecture with specific attention to availability, performance, capacity planning, architectural design and implementation. Develop and maintain operational control and management systems to support web farm on line advertising operations, including alarms, alerts, documentation, and triage, infrastructure and content change control and load management. Day to day support of all systems used to deliver ads, which may include web, video, e-mail, application and e-commerce servers. Recommends policy on system use and services. Has the ability to perform deep dive analysis across multiple systems and groups.

Senior Business Systems Analyst
Work with project and customer management to facilitate communication between IT and business units, including open issues, project prioritization, resolutions, project requests, and resource allocation. Facilitate cooperation and rationalization of unclear or conflicting goals, assist in identifying and communicating viable alternatives, and assist in the implementation of decisions.

Using advanced business unit knowledge, proactively research requests for assistance and recommend software solutions or process improvements that will meet business needs. Provide guidance, task direction, and mentoring to other Analysts and assist with problem resolution across projects. Facilitate analysis meetings with customers to determine and prioritize business and system requirements for projects characterized by high-profile status, risk, and/or complexity. Perform walkthroughs and/or prototype demonstrations as needed.

Senior Manager, Knowledge Management 
Oversee and manage the knowledge management (KM) strategy and function for the division. Provide overall  leadership and strategic direction for all internal KM efforts in the area of knowledge  management as a technique in managing intellectual assets.  This position manages all activities associated  with the design, development and successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of the KM Portal,  which will be the primary vehicle for internal knowledge for the division.

Service Technician
Analyze, locate and repair any technical field problems as requested by a customer service call or defect occurring in the field system from the output of the previous amplifier that services the subscriber to the television. Exposure to heights, heat, cold, other weather conditions, various living environments and foliage.  May be required to work flexible schedule. Works alone. Must be able to manage multiple priorities.

Technical Lead
The Technical Lead assists the Director of Technology in identifying and developing site standards for comedy broadband. This includes Java tag libraries, JavaScript libraries, as well as coding standards and practices for controller and viewer technologies. They participate in workflow design and analyze existing production and implementation processes in order to insure the overall quality of the property. They serve as manager to template developers and web developers and assist in training and guidance to the staff.

Technology Specialist
Self-motivated IT professional who is capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Should have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be well organized. Excellent analytical and diagnostics skills are a must. Must be customer focused and be able to interface with all levels of management. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining hundreds of infrastructure devices on the network. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background administering servers, storage devices, and network devices.
