To be eligible, a woman must be in a technical position in the cable or
telecommunications industry and:

• Demonstrate a meaningful contribution to the industry;
• Exhibit a high level of knowledge, skill and professionalism;
• Be committed to community and professional activities that
  enhance the perception of the cable and telecommunications
  industry, and women in technology;
• Exhibit commitment to professional development and education;
• Be a current WICT and SCTE member.
