WICT Southeast - iPad 2 Giveaway Official Rules 

OFFICIAL RULES: ONE MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN BY ATTENDING FREE PROGRAMMING EVENTS OFFERED BY WICT SOUTHEAST IN THE CURRENT YEAR. THE FOLLOWING GIVE-A-WAY IS INTENDED FOR WICT SOUTHEAST MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS. DESCRIPTION OF GIVEAWAY: Entrants will have the opportunity to win a 16GB Apple iPad 2. Entries will be accepted starting at 12:01 a.m. on February 20th, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on November 30, 2011. ELIGIBILITY: The WICT Southeast iPad 2 Give-a-way is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 2011 WICT Southeast Board Members, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The give-a-way is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. GIVE-A-WAY TIMING: The contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 2/20/2011 and ends at 11:59pm EST on November 30, 2011 (the "Promotional Period"). HOW TO ENTER - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: This give-a-way is available to WICT Southeast members and non members who attend at least two programming events or more in either Atlanta and/or Tennessee markets (minus all webinar events) in the current year. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the give-a-way constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of WICT Southeast, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. WINNERS PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on eligible number of entries. One winner will be selected at random at the Holiday Industry Celebration in December 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia. The winner will be notified via email and phone call. The randomly selected winner does not need to be present at the drawing. PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: Prize is valued at $499. WICT Southeast will not replace any lost, damaged, mutilated, or stolen prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. BY ENTERING THE GIVE-A-WAY: Participants release WICT Southeast, and their respective sponsors, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this give-a-way, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the give-a-way. WICT Southeast is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of prizes. WICT Southeast shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the give-a-way without further obligation.
