Instructions for logging onto the webinar:
To participate in the webinar, you will need a computer (Mac or PC) with Internet access and Adobe Flash (which you most likely already have installed on your machine). You will also need access to a telephone for the audio.
1. Five minutes before the webinar starts, use this link to access the online conference room: http://wict.adobeconnect.com/wictchapters
2. You will not need to enter a login name or password - click the radio button next to “Enter as a guest.” (Do not click on “Enter your login and password.”)
3. IMPORTANT: Type your FULL NAME (first and last) and click Enter Room.
4. You will automatically be directed into the online conference room when the host opens the meeting.
5. When the “Join Audio Conference” box appears, enter your direct line and click “Join” to connect to the audio portion of the meeting. The system will dial your number and connect you to the conference automatically.
If you have concerns about your Internet connectivity and Flash installation, visit http://admin.adobe.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm to test your connection and setup. The test should take no more than 30 seconds to verify your ability to access the webinar online.
