2012 Mentoring Circles Program!
Would you like to enhance your interpersonal, leadership and communication skills? Looking to build greater professional effectiveness through confidence and self-awareness? Do you have a solid network of diverse industry professionals?
Our Mentoring Circle Program will help you with these topics and more!
On April 17, 2012 small group sessions will be held across the Carolinas from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. to launch the WICT Carolinas 2012 Mentoring Circle Program. We encourage you to join an Information Session and learn more about this development opportunity. A mentoring circle model involves one or two mentors working with a group of mentees that meet on a regular basis, in the same location, for an agreed upon length of time. Mentoring circles provide an opportunity for networking, shared learning and gaining insight from different perspectives.
You do not have to attend an Information Session to be considered for the Mentoring Circle Program, interested members should complete either the Mentor or Mentee application and return it via email to WICT.MentoringCircle@twcable.com, by May 4, 2012. Participants selected will be notified the week of May 7, 2012. The first virtual session is planned for May 15, 2012.
