Woman to Watch Award – Recognizes an outstanding woman who has demonstrated sound leadership potential, successfully contributes to her organization’s success, inspires and motivates others to achieve and personifies the WICT Touchstones “Be a Catalyst” and “Be Fearless.”
Impact Award – Recognizes an individual or group of individuals respected as community leaders advocating for and strengthening the reputation of the cable telecommunications industry.
Inspiration Award – Recognizes an individual who serves as a role model inspiring, motivating and educating others.
Outstanding Mentor Award – Awarded to an individual who best exemplifies personal and professional excellence, while vigilantly keeping a watchful eye over the careers of men and women throughout the Carolinas and the cable telecommunications industry. Personifies the WICT Touchstones “Inspire” and “Connect.”
Excellence Award – Recognizes a female who best represents both personal and professional excellence in cable telecommunications
Carol A. Hevey Leadership Award
This award is the highest Red Circle honor, recognizing an accomplished industry woman in the areas of leadership and advocacy. The recipient will be recognized for her professional and personal achievements throughout her career. In addition to industry longevity, this individual will be accomplished in the following areas.
