Introducing the 2012 Mentoring Program!   

The WICT Mentoring Program will provide a great opportunity, for both emerging and established professionals, to enhance and further career development through a formalized mentoring relationship.

If you did not get the chance to sign up for this years Mentoring Program, please join us next year!

Program Highlights:

• Nine month program begins March 29, 2012
• Washington Baltimore chapter WICT members have been carefully matched mentors based on various essential competencies as well as compatibility regarding the individuals professional development needs. 
• Formal program will include an introductory Kick-Off session featuring facilitation by Shannon Cassidy, executive director, bridge between, LLC
• Unparalleled development and networking opportunities will be offered throughout the session
