On behalf of the Washington DC & Baltimore Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), we are very pleased to announce the launch of the WICT Washington DC & Baltimore Mentoring Program for 2011.
The WICT Washington DC & Baltimore Mentoring Program is a great opportunity for both emerging and established professionals to assist in personal and professional development through a formalized mentoring relationship. The program matches selected Mentees with Mentors based on various essential competencies as well as compatibility regarding the individual’s professional development needs. In addition to leadership training events and networking opportunities, each mentee creates an action plan for their developmental focus areas, to be addressed with their mentor’s support.
Eligibility for the 2011 Mentoring Program:
• All applicants must be a member of WICT Washington DC & Baltimore. • Non-members must first join WICT before applying to the Mentoring Program.
Other Important Notes about the 2011 Mentoring Program:
• The Mentoring Program application is available now on WICT Washington DC & Baltimore’s website.• WICT’s membership application is available here. • All applications must be submitted via email to WICTMentoring.DC.BALT@gmail.com by February 11th for consideration.• The application fee is $200 (due upon acceptance to the program).
