Join fellow WICT and NAMIC members for this dynamic round table discussion on the importance of leadership development.  Martha Soehren (Chief Learning Officer of Comcast) will kick off the discussion by sharing her insight on the value of leadership programs in any organization. 
 
Panelists will discuss their experiences with specific programs offered through Comcast, WICT and NAMIC and the impact these programs have had on their careers.

This will be a great event for early to mid career level WICT and NAMIC members.
