Calling all potential WICT Mentors!

There have been several key changes made to the program. First, we have determined what career areas the mentees would like to focus on. Now, we will identify mentors to complete the best possible match. This newly energized program will run for 18 months, from June 2011 to November 2012.  We are looking for mentors in all functional areas, but especially those with a strong background in Technology and Sales & Marketing.

Mentors and protégés will be given support and guidance throughout the program to build rewarding relationships. Participants will be challenged to design an action plan specifically for their team. The contribution of each team member will determine their success.
 
Prior to applying, please ensure that you are able to devote the time needed to realize the most of the program.
