Participants will learn about the components of emotional intelligence and how it impacts the bottom line. Emotional Intelligence includes self awareness, interaction with others, adaptability, stress management and mood. This fun session features the components of each emotional intelligence category followed by video examples of each. Participants will name the category and impact of each behavior illustrated. Participants will be able to connect behaviors to the impact (cost) in the workplace and will know the methods and processes to measure and coach emotional intelligence.
