The WICT Rocky Mountain Chapter is pleased to announce that the nomination period for the Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute (RMLI) is now open! The nomination period runs from March 31 through April 29, 2011.  Class VI sessions will begin on June 24, 2011.

Bringing together a carefully selected group of accomplished business women from around the industry, WICT RMLI helps women optimize their individual performance and organizational impact, while achieving new levels of confidence and success.  For the past five years, this program has focused on developing extraordinary women leaders in the telecommunications industry.  The Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute teaches high-performing females how to:

• Effectively communicate in diverse working environments and manage multi-generational teams
• Develop the personal leadership capacity needed to implement what they learn in their organizations
• Become a force for personal and organizational change
• Cultivate emotional intelligence
• Transform themselves from good managers to extraordinary leaders
