Linda Bedinger, a Principal from the The AthenA Group, LLC,  will provide an overview of the impact of multi-generations in the workplace and Sarah Eder, Principal of Eder Communications will facilitate a discussion with panelists including such topics as:

•         How do businesses attract, retain and grow with the shift from Baby Boomers to GenX to Millennial's?

•         How do different generations communicate?

•         Are there barriers to communication between generations?

•         What is important to different generations?

•         What can different generations teach us about collaborating and working together?

•         Can social media help with team building and conflict resolution and can social media help with team building and conflict resolution?
