Please join other emerging and senior leaders in the industry for hor d'oeuvres, wine and an active discussion of what defines true leadership in a 21st century operation, including the 7 Core Competencies of Leadership:

  • Vision
  • Inspiration
  • Strategy
  • Tactics
  • Persuasion
  • Decision
  • Ethics

In addition to engaging discussions around these key areas, you will dive into a case study featuring Hewlett Packard, HP at a Strategic Crossroads: The rise and fall of Carly Fiorina.

The workshop combines the core competencies and this case study in order to address questions like, "what can we learn from these leaders' successes and mistakes?"; "how do you translate vision to employees?"; and "how can you translate the myriad variables in an organization to define key issues and create a plan to achieve results?"

You will leave with new approaches and practical ideas for enhancing your own leadership abilities in your organization. We hope you will join us!
