One of my focuses for personal development this year is to understand and demonstrate a broad range of experience in other areas that I have not yet explored and to use it to enhance my personal results and the effectiveness within my own job and department.
WICT has been a wonderful networking tool and has helped me branch out to meet others within my organization and sister organizations. I hope that by attending future WICT functions, I will be able to network further and continue my growth under a diverse umbrella of highly successful and efficient mentors across the country that serve in different roles within the industry. Ultimately, I hope that I too am able to contribute and act as a mentor to others growing within the industry.
