Chantilly, VA- Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT) today announced that it has reached an all-time high of 5,049 members surpassing the 5,000-member milestone for the first time in its history. WICT’s previous membership record was 4,839 set in 2001.
“This growth in membership is a testament to the hard work of our volunteer chapter leaders, national boards and the WICT staff,” said Benita Fitzgerald Mosley, WICT President & CEO. “WICT continues to work with the industry to develop women leaders and provide programming and advocacy initiatives that benefit our members and their companies.”
