Chantilly, VA- Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) today announced that CNN's award-winning senior political correspondent, Candy Crowley, will host WICT's 30-Year Anniversary Event, taking place Wednesday, April 1 at the Washington DC Convention Center. The respected broadcast journalist has been recognized for covering a broad range of stories, including presidential, congressional and gubernatorial races and major legislative developments. Her many honors include the Edward R. Murrow award, the Joan Shorenstein Barone Award for excellence in journalism and an Emmy for her work on CNN Presents Enemy Within. Her assignments have taken Crowley to all 50 states and around the world.
