Chantilly, VA - Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) today announced that for the first time, the entire BMLI alumnae community will be united at the WICT Business Management Symposium, November 17-18, 2009 at the Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, Georgia. Presented by WE tv, Comcast and Cisco, this one and a half day symposium has been developed exclusively for BMLI Alumnae in partnership with the respected Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), to offer invaluable business strategies to:

• Use practical tools and strategies to increase leadership effectiveness with teams and customers.
• Lead with more purpose and energy to achieve better results.
• Negotiate more confidently and competently.
• Develop solutions and strategies for solving leadership challenges.
• Create a plan that leverages the value of each leader in the organization.
