Chantilly, VA - Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) today announced that Suze Orman - noted personal finance advisor, best-selling author, and Emmy Award-winning television host - will deliver a keynote speech on September 13 to open the WICT Leadership Conference (September 13-14) in New York City.
