Each applicant must be recommended and approved by her corporate Human Resources Department, which includes confirmation of corporate support for participation in the program. The corporate Human Resources contact will be responsible for providing written approval of the applicant. If the application does not have the Human Resources approval portion completed, then it will not be considered for the Rising Leaders Program.

Prospective participants should:

• Complete the online application found here;
• Obtain approval by the Human Resources contact and return signature via mail or fax to WICT;
• Submit the non-refundable application fee of $100 either by credit card online when you submit your application or by check and submit with your Human Resources approval page.

All materials must be received by 12:00pm EST on January 29, 2010.

Application Fee Payment
This can be paid either by credit card online when you submit your application or by check. If you are paying by check, please mail to the address below and include your HR approval page with your payment.

The Human Resources approval and $100 application fee should be mailed for receipt no later than the posted deadline (12:00pm EST January 29, 2010) to:
