To better understand WICT's research approach and application of PAR Initiative research findings WICT developed PAR at Work.

PAR at Work further promotes the most recent results of the PAR Initiative and the Best Companies for Women in Cable by sharing best practices from these recognized industry companies as well as personal stories from their employees of how they benefited from their company’s policies and best practices.

PAR at Work has been distributed as quarterly newsletters, monthly articles in the WICT Wire and special edition communications. In 2010 WICT will distribute PAR at Work in webinar format.
