Suzanne Keenan, Senior Vice President of National Customer Service joined Comcast in 1999. In this role, Suzanne is responsible for working with the field to set the strategy for the customer experience. Prior to this, Suzanne held the position of Vice President, Customer and Marketing Service for PECO Energy’s Distribution Company. Other positions held at PECO included: General Manager Customer Service, Director of Field Services, Director of Reengineering and Performance and Refueling Director at the Limerick and Peach Bottom Atomic Power Stations.
Suzanne received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University and her Master of Science Degree in Health Physics from the University of Pittsburgh. She was awarded Penn State’s Nuclear Engineering Outstanding Alumni Lecturer for 1999 and was awarded the Penn State College of Engineering Outstanding Engineering Alumni award for 2000.
Suzanne and her husband Jeff have two boys, Sean and Justin.
