Jonica Hartman

Spectrum Reach

As a Senior Program Manager for Spectrum Reach, Jonica leads the Project Management Office and is responsible for end-to-end management of Spectrum Reach’s large scale technology and advertising projects. Jonica is also responsible for evolving Spectrum Reach’s program management, change management and project management processes.

 

Prior to joining the cable industry in 2010, Jonica was a product development and project management consultant for several regional higher education financial institutions. She led software and web development projects and guided key product deployments.

 

From 1992 to 2005, Jonica held various leadership positions at Vermont Student Assistance Corporation; she managed operations and data teams, the Project Management Office and a call center. Jonica partnered with the executive team to develop new loan products and software solutions and helped lead several functional reorganizations.

 

Jonica has been a WICT Carolinas board member since 2015, first as a Director at Large advising Mentoring, then as Vice President chairing Programming and now as Chapter President. Jonica chaired the WICT Carolinas Mentoring Circles Program in 2013 and 2014, helping the program to achieve 1st Place in Mentoring Excellence. Jonica received the WICT Carolinas Woman to Watch award in 2012.

 

Jonica has a Graduate Certificate in Program Management from George Washington University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Aspen University and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Vermont. Jonica is a certified Project Management Professional.

 

Jonica enjoys volunteering her time as a soccer coach and at a local animal shelter.  She also plays soccer and spends as much time as possible with her husband and three children.
