Camethia Poole 

Comcast Business Services

Camethia Poole is the Manager over Project Management for Comcast Business Services (Service Delivery).  In this role, she is responsible for Comcast's Advance Product Sales (APS) Support team and Training and Development.  The APS team processes Advanced Products such as Business Voice Edge, Metro-E, Hospitality, Primary Rate Interface (PRI), etc.  While in this role, Camethia successfully standardized the team, revised the scorecard and redefined the goals. Production increased and the average processing time for orders has decreased from 3 days down to 1 day. 

 

Additionally, as Manager, Project Management, Camethia successfully launched the first in-house, training team solely dedicated to Business Services.  Processes are more streamlined, communication is clear, and errors have reduced by 15%. Camethia has been with Comcast for 10 years.

 

Camethia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Union University and an MBA from Averett University.  She holds a White and Green Belt (Six Sigma) and studying for her PMP certification that she's scheduled to take in March.  Camethia is active in many organizations to include The Women's Network Big South Region Chapter, National MBA Association, National Association of Black Accountants, and the Project Orion Change Champion Network.

 

Originally from Danville, VA, Camethia currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and 2 year old daughter.
