Abigail Dunne-Moses

Abigail has been associated with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) for over 5 years. She currently is in the role of Senior Faculty and Executive Coach in CCL’s Societal Advancement group. Prior to joining CCL, Abigail was an independent consultant. She provided performance management training, leadership development training and organizational development consulting to Fortune 500 companies. Abigail has extensive experience as a consultant and a master trainer of consultants. She has worked with diverse clients in the public and private sector, government agencies, and profit and not-for-profit organizations. During the past 21 years her work has inspired transformation and development in prominent organizations that span multiple industries including: healthcare, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services.

In conjunction with her corporate experience, Abigail has spent over 15 years in the non-profit sector as a speaker and counselor focusing on leadership development. Her passion for consulting is born out of her life and educational experiences on three continents, namely Africa, Europe, and America.

Abigail provides program design, team and group facilitation, and executive coaching, primarily in the Health Sector vertical for the Center’s work in Societal Advancement. She is a faculty member for several programs with a focus on public health. Some examples are: The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s International Program for Public Health Leaders, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Culture of Heath Leaders Program and New Jersey Health Initiative, The Kate B. Reynolds Trust’s Healthy Places North Carolina, and the Colorado Health Foundation work on Leadership on the Ground and Rural Primary Care Leaders. She has also worked with numerous and diverse CCL clients including Cone Health, Mercy Healthcare, Duke Medical, Royal Bank of Canada, Whirlpool, and Fidelity. In the non-profit arena she has worked with numerous and diverse clients such as: Los Angeles Unified School District, West Virginia School Districts, Detroit School Districts. As a certified Executive Coach, Abigail brings a practical approach to her work, helping individual translate theories into successful application. She has represented CCL at a variety of keynote addresses, workshops, and institutes.

Abigail attended Harvard University, where she received a B.A. and M.Ed. in Psychology. During that time she completed an intensive internship with the Lynn Youth Resource bureau. This was a program that strived to impact the behavioral health of youth first offenders. She later completed a consultant training program with the Hay Group (now Korn Ferry), and is a certified consultant, coach and Emotional Intelligence Consultant.

Abigail has presented at the General Electric Black Employee Conference, Whirlpool International Lawyers Association, Black MBA Association, and was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award at The Business Leadership Center of SMU Cox School of Business.
