Abigail Solomon

As a Manager of Voice Delivery, Abigail Solomon, leads the productivity, performance, and service delivery of PRI and SIP trunking services for Suddenlink Communications.  Today, she directs a highly specialized team in complex service operations for medium sized businesses, including management of relationships between corporate, compliance, engineering, and regional operations to ensure the successful delivery of services from point-of-sale through execution.  Her appreciation, understanding, and commitment to customers have driven her success in establishing strategic partnerships to enhance the customer experience.

 

Abigail has realized versatility in her career starting out as a tech support agent 10 years ago under Cox Communications in Tyler, TX.   Since then, she has held positions ranging from an IT Administrator, to a stint in Facilities and Maintenance, to Network Operations Engineer, to eventually supervising a telephony-focused team in the National Network Operations Center.  Her roles in the Network Operations Center were instrumental in developing procedures and the communication and management of telephony related outages. She later transitioned into a role supporting roll-out of PRI services that eventually led to her management role today. 

 

During this time, Abigail has earned her Bachelors of Business Management and a Masters of Strategic Leadership from LeTourneau University.   Abigail is an active member of WICT through her ambassadorship in Tyler, TX helping plan and execute local WICT events.  In her down time, Abigail enjoys painting, crafts, reading, and spending time with her friends and her two black cats Kira and Petra.
