For 10 years, Abigail has been at Comcast, as a Senior Vendor Manager on the CXSO Team the last 4 years and in Procurement before that. Prior to Comcast, Abigail was also at Astra Zeneca and CIGNA where she ran the Mobility and Remote Access Programs, earning certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma. Her current focus is in Customer Experience and tNPS for their Business Care Partners across our Partner network. Driving data driven repeatable processes are her goals for the year. Abigail is a graduate of Penn State University where she majored in Management Science & Information Systems with statistics and of the University of Phoenix where she earned a Masters in Technology Management. Originally from California, Abigail currently live in New Jersey with her Husband, Don and their four Children: Daniel 18, Carina & Isabelle 17, and Adam 14. When not busy with work, Abigail enjoys reading, crafts, and Disney. She is also an avid traveler and cruiser, having been to over 70 countries.
