Aesha Sharrieff

Aesha N. Sharrieff is the Senior Web Production Manager of an award-winning web team at Time Warner Cable.  For more than 15 years, Aesha has consistently led and delivered in-depth and engaging digital media experiences for high-ranking publishing, cable and entertainment organizations.

 

Aesha has diversified skillsets in digital production strategies, content management systems, desktop publishing, web development, information technology and photography.  She continues a successful track record of launching innovative and compelling digital products.

 

In 2012, Aesha led the web production strategy for the regional migration and building of more than 300 web pages to launch the new timewarnercable.com.  In 2013, the TWC web team won three CableFAX awards and the Best of Industry Web Award from the Web Marketing Association. 

 

Prior to joining TWC in 2009, Aesha spent 11 years at Media Networks Inc. (a Time Inc. company), joining the company as a Production Coordinator and growing into a Senior Multimedia Producer.  In her tenure at MNI, Aesha developed and launched many firsts for the organization — from the first corporate website and interactive training CD-ROM to producing feature videos for national sales meetings and executive management presentations.

 

Aesha received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and Media Studies from Marymount Manhattan College in 2000 and her Technical Writing certificate in 2002 from Learning Tree International.

 

Aesha is active in the community.  She has volunteered her time, talents and resources as a mentor for the Time Inc. Time to Read program, helping grade-school students gain confidence and become better readers.  She has also participated in several on-going fundraisers, such as the Chase Corporate Challenge and MS Walk. Aesha is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), NAACP, African American Women’s Chamber of Commerce and TWC’s Women’s Collective Group.
