Aimee Miller

​Aimee Miller has over 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in process improvement, project management, and support model development. She is Senior Manager, Care Process Design & Implementation for TWC’s Operations Support Team.  Aimee ensures personnel are equipped with well-defined procedures and desktop tools to better the customer experience. 

 

Aimee began her cable industry career in 1996 when she joined Adelphia Communications as a support agent for its new Internet Service.  Subsequently, she moved into a process improvement leadership role and assisted growing the company’s Internet Support Team, which served over 1,500 agents across three locations.  In 2006, Aimee represented Care in the Internet service transitions between, Adelphia, TWC, and Comcast.  Since then, she has worked with Care leaders to implement customer-support models for product and service offerings.  She’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through designed, cross-functional collaboration, including Technical Operations, Product Management, Marketing, IT, and Network Operations.

 

Aimee has dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from State University of New York – Geneseo, as well as a M.S. degree in Teaching and Curriculum from the University of Rochester.  It was after working several years at the university’s Cancer Center that Aimee transitioned her career to the telecommunications and home entertainment industry. 

 

Aimee resides in Coudersport, PA with her husband.  Her daughter is a senior at York College of Pennsylvania, and her son is a United States Air Force Senior Airman.  In her spare time, Aimee enjoys vegetable and flower gardening, boating, and traveling around the US.
