Alina Singer

Alina Singer is a Partner at Wargo & French LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Miami.  Ms. Singer leads the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Group.  Her practice focuses on advising national and international companies, including Fortune 500 companies, regarding complex business transactions, technology and intellectual property acquisition and licensing, strategic business issues, collaborations and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and partnership issues.  Ms. Singer works with clients across industries regarding new and emerging technology and expansion into new markets, new distribution channels and new product lines.

Ms. Singer earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Georgia.  Ms. Singer is extremely active in community and industry organizations, including serving on the Board of the Southeast Chapter of the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) for several years, a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL), a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL), and a member of the University of Georgia Law School Association Alumni Council (LSAC).  She has been a consistent organizer and moderator of events and panels focused on women’s initiatives and advancements in telecommunications and technology.  Ms. Singer is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.
