Allie Rowley is a Sr. Manager in Human Resources at Comcast, supporting the Marketing, Digital & Customer Experience, and Product Teams within Comcast Business, as well as ongoing merger and acquisition work for Comcast Business.
In this role, Allie partners closely with her clients to deliver strategic business solutions that span across performance management, talent development, employee relations, organization design and compliance.
As a trusted HR Business Partner, she excels in her ability to build lasting relationships with clients across all levels in the organization.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2016, Allie spent 5 years with E&Y in their Philadelphia, PA and McLean, VA offices in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner and HR Project Management roles.
Allie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from the University of Delaware. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, and is certified in the Birkman method, a personality, social perception, and occupational interest assessment.
When not at work, you can find Allie cooking, reading, exercising, and spending time with her husband and their family and friends in the Philadelphia area.
