Allison Dombrow is Vice President Human Resources at NBCUniversal. In this role, Allison is responsible for all aspects of human resources for the Content Distribution Group and TV & New Media Distribution Team.
Allison has more than 20 years industry experience, including over fifteen of those with NBCUniversal. Prior to her current role, she was the Director of Human Resources for NBC News where she supported the domestic and International news bureaus as well as News Channel from 2012 to 2014. Before that position, Allison served as HR Director for Television Distribution where she supported the First Run and Syndicated business at the time of transition to Comcast where there was lots of leadership change. Allison has also held positions within NBCU Entertainment and Production working from Los Angeles before moving back to her roots in New York.
Allison holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Iona College and is a graduate of Binghamton University with a degree in Psychology. She currently resides in Old Bethpage, New York with her husband and 3 children and stays active on the PTA Board as well as coaching travel soccer.
