Allison Fairley

Allison began her career with ESPN almost 5 years ago as an Analyst within ESPN’s mobile phone venture, Mobile ESPN. From there, she moved within the Marketing Department to work on several digital initiatives, including the ESPYs, Bronx is Burning, ESPNTV.com, among others. About 2 1/2 years ago, she moved over to the Sports Marketing team, managing all the marketing efforts around driving tune-in of the NBA on ESPN/ABC. While on this business, she led one of the early grass roots initiatives at ESPN, the NBA on ESPN RV Tour, an RV travelling cross country interacting with fans and driving excitement of the NBA. She also managed one of the first joint marketing efforts between the NBA, TNT and ESPN to promote the Postseason. About 7 months ago, Allison moved over to work on ESPN’s digital business, which includes all Fantasy Sports, ESPN Insider and the overall brand health of ESPN.com. Here she is responsible for the strategy and execution of all marketing/promotional efforts around these businesses, working to drive consumption and in turn revenue to the digital business of ESPN.

Prior to ESPN, Allison worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Radford University in Virginia. She is currently active in the community through Zog Sports, New York Road Runners and the Executive Women’s Golf Association. Allison holds a BA in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Marketing from Boston College.
