Amanda Yoder is a Senior Manager of Software Development in the Video IP Engineering and Research organization of Comcast where she is part of multiple collaborative teams that create products and solutions for many aspects of video delivery. She is responsible for identifying and communicating key constraints and concerns within the evolving video architecture, driving positive change, and helping to shape operational experiences. Amanda’s role requires her to prioritize and coordinate the needs of multiple partners and stakeholders while at the same time ensuring concurrence with business goals.
Prior to joining Comcast, Amanda has spent close to two decades working with many aspects of cable delivery. Much of her past work experience is in various software quality assurance and integration roles at Arris, Motorola and General Instrument.
When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time or traveling with her husband and two sons. She especially loves outdoor experiences and can often be found hiking, glamping, swimming, paddle boarding or gardening.
