Amber Metzger is the Business Operations Manager for the Business Development team in the Mountain West Region. She leads the newly formed team that manages the operations for the for the residential and commercial development sales teams. In this role she focuses on supporting growth initiatives, sales operations, process improvement, and execution excellence for network expansion. She leads multiple cross-functional teams to identify, build, and execute on business cases and network expansion projects such as rural broadband.
In her previous role, Amber managed the Commercial Capital portfolio for West Division. Which included forecasting and budgeting $275M for 6 regions. She led multiple projects to analyze the return on investment by commercial product line and suggest business rules to improve performance. Reduced capital expenditures by $40M after implementing new business rules.
With almost 10 years of experience at Comcast, she has held various roles with increasing responsibility in Business Information Systems, Finance, Project Management and Operations for the West Division and Mountain West Region.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Denver. In her spare time, she enjoys camping around Colorado and trying new restaurants with her husband and two sons, Nicholas (7) and Colin (4).
