Amy Epstein is an expert cross-functional team builder with a passion for driving effective communication at all levels of an organization. She encourages and maintains transparency while inspiring fierce loyalty and respect among her team and peers. And she does it all with a smile.
A 20-year veteran of the cable industry, Amy started her career as an IT Project Manager for Starz Entertainment Group. In her current role as Senior Director of Intake and Delivery for Charter’s Product & Strategy organization, she leads planning efforts with the Engineering and Technology groups, facilitates the annual budget process for Product, and oversees product intake and delivery management.
Amy possesses a wealth of knowledge in the areas of program and project management, focused on broadcast, information technology, software development and product.
Amy is Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certified and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®). She has completed the Disney Institute Approach to Leadership Excellence, the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Leadership Seminar, and the Charter Product Next Level Leadership program. She was proud to receive a Charter Achievement Award in Q2, 2018.
An alumnus of Hastings College, Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree graduating with distinction. Amy resides in Colorado with her husband, two daughters and their three dogs. In her spare time she enjoys paddle boarding, family bike rides, eating amazing food and watching movies.
