Amy Hodge

Amy Hodge is the Vice President, HBO Programming, for Home Box Office, responsible for developing and overseeing comedy programming. She was named to this position in August 2018. Among the series on her slate are Insecure, The Baby, I May Destroy You and The Righteous Gemstones.

 

Prior to joining HBO, Hodge served as Vice President, Development at Jane Tranter’s transatlantic production company, Bad Wolf Ltd., where she most recently co-produced Succession for HBO. Hodge joined Tranter at Bad Wolf Ltd. in 2015, moving from BBC Worldwide Productions, where she was the Director, Development. In her four years at BBCWP, Hodge co-produced all three seasons of Getting On for HBO, Us & Them for Fox and Intruders for BBC America/BBC 2. Hodge’s career at HBO has come full circle, as she initially worked at the company in 2009 as Executive Assistant to the President of Programming.

 

Hodge graduated from University of Michigan with a BA in English Literature.
