Angela is currently the Director of Employee Engagement in the Twin Cities Region for Comcast. She is responsible for leading employee and leadership engagement programs, practices, policies, and procedures that create a Great Place to Work culture for the Twin Cities Region. She develops and implements engagement strategies that build leadership capabilities and inspire an exceptional employee experience, while providing counsel and guidance to leaders and the Human Resources team. Prior to her current role in Comcast, Angela supported the Onboarding Center of Excellence, Technical Operations and Construction as a Human Resources Manager.
During the 12 years prior to joining Comcast, Angela started her HR career in Minnesota in the printing industry with Heinrich Envelope Corporation, a Taylor Corporation company and then relocated to Arizona and worked in the casino gaming industry for Atronic Americas and Games4You. Immediately prior to Comcast, Angela worked in North Dakota for Case New Holland in the agriculture and construction machinery industry.
Angela earned her master’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She also has her SPHR certification through HRCI.
Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two children. She also enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, concerts, and relaxing at the lake.
