Angela Kyler is currently Regional Support Center Director for Charter Communications in the Carolinas. In this role, she leads a of team of 200+ employees who provide dispatch support to 1500+ Field Technicians and Contractors across the Carolinas.
Angela is a versatile and innovative leader with expertise leading turnaround and operations initiatives that drive bottom-line profitability for Fortune 500 companies. Over the past 38 years, she earned a solid reputation for leading large-scale business transformation initiatives such as site merger, infrastructure, virtualization, employee engagement, and process improvement projects.
Angela has a rich and diverse background in the cable industry, and has spent her career in progressive leadership roles including Executive Leadership, Call Center management, Regional Learning and Development, Network Operations, Contractor management, and Dispatch operations in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and the Carolinas footprints.
Angela was a 2015 Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Carol A. Hevey Leadership and Excellence Red Circle award winner, a 2012 (WICT) Woman to Watch nominee and has been recognized multiple times for her leadership for standardization, process improvement and best practices in training and development.
