Manager, Call Center Real Time Operations Time Warner Cable

Anne joined Time Warner Cable in December 2007 and has held several positions within the Customer Operations Organization. She has over 20 years of management experience in Customer Care and Call Center roles.  

 

In her current role as Manager of Midwest Market Call Center Real Time Operations, Anne’s team supports the Billing and Technical Support Call Center sites in Wisconsin, Missouri and Ohio.  Functional responsibilities include real time management of workforce schedules, coordination with Call Center leadership and Bridge Operations to maximize service level performance, and analysis and reporting of agent real time performance. 

 

Anne is married and has two children.  She enjoys boating, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
