Ashley Mease

Ashley Mease currently serves as the Director of Program Management on the Customer and Digital Experience team for Comcast Business.  In this role, she leads the program management of the self-service workstreams for Comcast Business’ digital platforms including My Account, the Comcast Business App, and Enterprise Customer Care Center.  Additionally, Ashley serves on the Comcast Cares Committee for her organization and is a part of the Linked to Leadership Mentor Program at Comcast Business.

Prior to joining Comcast Business, Ashley spent 20 years in the wireless industry.  While at AT&T she held various senior management level roles from mergers, acquisitions, and integration to network integration of product development and operational processes.  Early in Ashley’s career, she embraced the challenge of being appointed to lead at the regional and corporate marketing level.  During this time she was able to learn and lead teams within advertising and public relations, product marketing, pricing, and sports sponsorship marketing allowing her to become a well-rounded marketer.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts & Communications from Bowling Green State University.  She currently resides in Ohio, where she enjoys spending time with her family.

She actively supports her daughters in their high school & collegiate experiences and when possible, you can also find Ashley exploring island beaches.
