Ashley Rice is a Senior Manager on the Workflow Solutions team nestled within the Engineering & Technology organization at Charter Communications. Her role involves partnering with Executives and Delivery teams to provide thought leadership as well as accurate and timely reporting of key Engineering & Technology portfolio components including portfolio, program, and project health, status, risks, and accomplishments among other key metrics.
After successfully establishing a Portfolio Management program and Executive Steering Committee at the Regional Transportation District (RTD), Ashley was recruited by Charter to grow and mature the organization’s program/project demand management process. After advancing demand management, she was asked to support the newly-formed Portfolio Management organization exclusively.
Over the last 15 years, Ashley has had the opportunity to wear many hats within the Information and Technology discipline including Product Release Manger, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, Technical Writer, and Trainer.
Much of her time is devoted to her two wonderful children ages 10 and 20 and her amazing husband riding horses and motorcycles, playing board games, and managing a small zoo including a bearded dragon, guinea pig, parrot, and two pit bulls. Ashley is also pursuing her MBA at the University of Denver and is anticipating graduation in 2021.
