Audrey L. Boecklen, Senior Product Manager – Technology and Product Development, has served in a number of roles in her nearly 12 years with Comcast including positions in internal audit and project management. In her current role, she is focused on product management and solution design for several customer facing applications including a fully automated online experience that allows customers to order and activate their video devices in support of Comcast’s all digital migration. Audrey is product owner and solution designer of this online experience that has, to date, supported over 2M customers. Additionally, Audrey supports the retail/e-tail business unit as product manager and requirements lead for all major initiatives as well as program manager of the sales channel’s three year roadmap.
Prior to joining Comcast, Audrey was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and Andersen Consulting. Her major clients included JP Morgan, PECO Energy and Pfizer Pharmaceutical.
Audrey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Finance from Drexel University. At Drexel, she was a member of the women’s varsity tennis team and Phi Mu Sorority.
In her spare time, Audrey likes to spend time with family, garden and write fictional stories. She has completed two novels and is currently working on her third.
Audrey lives in Center City Philadelphia with her cat, Emmitt.
