Aylin Yildiz is a Senior Manager of Operations in Distribution at A+E Networks. Her professional journey in media began with an internship at “The Maury Show” where she got hands on experience working behind the scenes of a television production. Aylin soon realized that she loved the fast-paced life of the media industry and knew she wanted to pursue it. She started her journey at A+E Networks 14 years ago where she was hired as an Operations Coordinator within Distribution and has steadily worked her way up to her current position.
In her current role, Aylin liaisons between Network Operations, Distribution Sales, Legal, and Finance to help aid in onboarding new MVPD’s for both linear and digital distribution. She ensures that current content providers meet compliance and confirms that new site onboards have the proper technical equipment to launch A+E’s portfolio of networks. She provides technical support to all the various content providers big or small and helps to navigate affiliate partners through major technical changes. Aylin believes highly in offering the best customer service to her clients and is always striving to learn more about the technical advances that will impact her group.
Aylin holds her bachelor’s degree in Communications from SUNY Oneonta with a minor in Spanish. She is a native New Yorker who in her free time loves to travel, cook, and spend time with friends and family. She recently got married and plans to travel and eat all around the world with her husband since they are both big foodies.
